5. Event Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees and event staff. Full Spectrum Woman reserves the right to remove anyone from the event for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.

6. Force Majeure: Full Spectrum Woman and Meg O'Neill are not responsible for any cancellations or changes to the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or emergencies.

7. Photography and Videography: Please note this will be captured on the day and will be utilised in online marketing or social media posts in the future.
